I have been a patient at this clinic for many years, and this review is specifically about my experience with the new Dr replacing Dr Lisa. I am truly grateful to Annid and Mohammed for their kindness, professionalism, and ongoing support during a very challenging time in my life. Even after I moved interstate, they continued to check in and offer genuine care and guidance. Their support has helped me improve my mental health significantly, and I am in a much better place today. Thank you for the positive difference you have made in my life.
I’m writing this review based on my personal experience. Unfortunately, the reception staff at World Wellness Group were not respectful. In many other places, when you arrive the receptionist usually greets you and asks, “How can I help you?” But when I went to World Wellness Group, the receptionist seemed very disengaged and without energy. Instead of asking what I needed, she kept looking at the computer and ignored me, as if I wasn’t even there. It made me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed.
The doctors at WWG care for you with the same compassion and respect they would their own parents.
