I am genuinely very disappointed and frustrated by the GP I have seen for 3 years here. She constantly referred me to therapists who weren't specialized in trauma and they were pushing me to the degree that I was considering going to psych ward without any concern of my situation at the time. The nurse doesn't even know what she's doing in there .extremely slow . The reception girls don't even bother telling her that the patient is waiting for 45 minutes for her while she was doing nothing in her room. She didn't know how to work with the holter monitoring device for monitoring the patients heart , she looked everywhere to find the printing rolls but couldn't find any then the device collapsed and fell apart , she couldn't fix the device . I am so happy I found World wellness group. The doctors have always been the most humane, kind and generous people. They have taken all my worries in consideration and ask follow up questions providing a well rounded care. Everyone reception, the nurses and the doctors made me feel welcome.
I had to wait for a month to be seen by a counsellor while I was in crisis. After that they just booked me a random appointment before even checking it with me. This is when we had already agreed on another date and time with the therapist and there is pretty much no way to contact them as the reception isn't connected to the mental health team. My experience is a very disorganised and unhelpful place which has frustrated me a few times. Thanks but no thanks!
