I love that Polly is so focused on listening to me and meets me where I am. She focuses on the root cause and uses nutrition, medicines and helped improve my motivation. Not focused on weight but health. I was able to reverse my diabetes and improve my health but it took a lot of hard work and is something I will need to always be working on.
Polly is kind but does not prescribe any kind of effective long term strategies for weight loss. She diagnosed me with a condition just by looking at the shape of my body, and suggested more and more extreme intermittent fasting periods as I continued to see her, all the while assuring me I would be able to go back to eating normally when I lost the weight I needed to (not scientifically supported).
