I was looking around online to book my family trip to a big European concert, and upon calling World Travel we were told to “try Google” for our flight planning. I had imagined that this was a business focused on helping customers. The staff seemed fine enough but when I brought issues to attention the owner started trash talking me, and for whatever reason went on a tirade about the Philadelphia Eagles. Travel agents used to be great, now not so sure.
