Scam and liars! Worse experience ever! We had no idea we used this 3rd party instead of Carnival until it was to late. Their website states excellent customer service which is a joke. Usually a travel company has a relationship with a customer. We had no contact with them, they never helped us in anyway and when we ran into an issue basically they said oh well nothing we can do. They get their money, Carnival gets theirs and we're out 2k. Would not even allow reschedule and we're rude about it. And as you can see not one ans... read more
