We booked a cruise through American Airlines Cruises June 2022 and spoke with Nathan at wth. His price quote was lower than competitors so we reserved an unobstructed view balcony cabin for the Alaska cruise. Surprise when we opened the door and saw a large orange boat tender blocking our view. I emailed Nathan three times and called him twice with no response.
