If you ordered tickets online and selected kiosk pickup, you need to pick them at Memorial Preview Site @ 20 Vessy St, which is not by the entrance.
No bathrooms at the memorial but the W will let you pee. Go to the 2nd floor.
Peaceful place to pay ur respect, make ur NYC trip worthwhile & don't forget to check out "survival-tree", you won't find any sign around it, so make sure you ask the crew ...
