We went to 9 different vendors from Flint to Livonia comparing service, support and selection. We had a few people spend their time with us while others just pointed to the warehouse of inventory. It wasn't until we went to World Stone Group and talked to Trent. That was when we knew who we really wanted to do business with. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with World Stone. Our sink they installed fell out while filled with water. The most disappointing part of the whole experience was how unhelpful World Stone was. They blew us off and wouldn't return our calls. We were forced to file our own homeowners insurance claim which should have been their liability claim. We had a wonderful experience with everyone at World Stone. Our quartz counter looks amazing. We are so happy. From ordering to installation only took 9 days from start to finish. We thought the price was great. I would certainly recommend this place to everyone.

Very familiar with this company and their dedication to quality and customer service. I have had many friends purhase granite countertops from World Stone and all of them had a great experience. They have a large showroom with full granite slabs on display for you to view. Their team from sales to installers are very respectful, honest and professional. Highly recommend anyone to visit them before making their final decision to purchase granite countertops.
This is absolutely a horrible company. Wonderful when selling, after nothing. The so called granite isn't even granite. It is quartzite that is heat pressed and made of limestone. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR IF I COULD>>>.
