Poor customer service!
Wasn’t a very pleasing experience, we got a quote and even went to a warehouse they recommended to check out and found a stone we absolutely loved. They sent me the quote and the price just didn’t seem correct. Went and got 3 more quotes from very reputable company’s and all 3 of their quotes were half the cost of this company. When I asked for an itemized list explaining to me what every charge was for so I can understand why the cost I’m being quoted I was told they “don’t” separate the costs for things.
