Wasn’t a very pleasing experience, we got a quote and even went to a warehouse they recommended to check out and found a stone we absolutely loved. They sent me the quote and the price just didn’t seem correct. Went and got 3 more quotes from very reputable company’s and all 3 of their quotes were half the cost of this company. When I asked for an itemized list explaining to me what every charge was for so I can understand why the cost I’m being quoted I was told they “don’t” separate the costs for things. Randi at World Stone went the extra mile to find us an over sized quartz slab for our island top in our new house.
Just want to say that this is the best experience I have had in a long time...so nice to know customer service still exists. Jenell went out of her way for us. She is friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful . She did not rush us and made sure we got the right quarts for our house...She is a great asset to your company. We also did some shopping with the owner also wonderful to work with...Strongly suggest it your looking for new counter tops give them a call you won't be sorry.
