Called and spoke with Jaime to get a prelim quote and schedule an in-house appt. Was told I’d hear back from Rhys regarding appt confirmation. No call back - few days later Tyler surprised us by showing up to template the kitchen. At that point he confirmed they had my phone number incorrect which is why I didn’t hear back - fair it happens. He templates the kitchen, corrects my phone number, takes down my email, and says I should hear back from Rhys with the quote by end of week. It’s the following week and never heard back... read more
