If you want horrible customer service please call them and ask for Melissa. She was rude, curt, unprofessional and would not let me talk or explain the issue. She kept repeating that the warranty had expired. This is even after one of their employees, honest individual, told us that the job was not properly done and he sealed the kitchen sink for us. Although our sales person (Jamie) left something to be desired the installers were simply awesome. Wilbur and his team were professional careful not to scratch my stainless appliances and really did such a great job! I can highly recommend World Stone.
