Worst GP experience I’ve ever had with Dr. Ali. He made me feel so uncomfortable I was even crying and he just put a package of tissues in front on me and said nothing. He has zero empathy and clearly hates his jobs and patients. He didn’t solve my problem either, just told me to go to the emergency. Please go elsewhere.
Very poor service. The doctor was extremely irresponsible. The medicine prescribed to me was completely ineffective for my condition, and after doing some research on Google, I even found that it is strongly advised against taking this medication for my illness. I will definitely never come back. The medical skills were poor and the lack of responsibility was shocking.
Dr. De Silva is the best
Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. The receptionist is consistently rude, abusive, and lacks both basic comprehension and interpersonal skills. When I called to have THEIR clerical error corrected, I was met with rude and abusive behaviour instead of an apology—despite it being entirely their fault. No ownership, no courtesy.
