I just had the worst experience in this salon! Came in to get gel manicure, showed a picture and asked the guy if he could do it (little glitter detail) he said 'yes'. Then when he couldn't do it and i pointed out a mistake that he made, he started yelling a me!!! Started accusing me of not wanting to pay which is such an insult and then started talking angrily in a foreign language. I never experienced a customer service like that, I asked him to remove the manicure and left. If he at least apologized for not being able to ... read more
