World Reserve Monetary Exchange did not send me all my Presidential Coins. I paid for 40 coins and only received 24 they still own me 16 more. I have been calling this company so many times they did not return my calls and now the phones are disconnect. This is very sad for this company you paid for the products and do not receive all that you paid for !!! Something needs to be done about This !!! It’s not right !!!

I never failed to receive a delivery from this company. One a couple of occasions the national park quarter shipment was lost in the mail and they were very good about replacing the lost shipment. The last shipment of quarters has been delayed I am sure due to the pandemic we are all suffering through. I just spoke with someone at the company who told that the last shipment has been delayed but they are meeting this morning to discuss getting this shipment out to all of their customers. If agree with the last commenter and if I could leave zero stars, I would. My Dad purchased for me and paid in full for an entire collection of National Park quarters, to be delivered annually, until the collection is completed with the 2020 coins. Still missing a couple of the quarters to mount in the display frame. I too have tried to call and can not reach a live person. They do not answer emails. If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband purchased and paid in full for an entire collection of National Park quarters, to be delivered annually, until the collection is completed with the 2020 coins. Upon his death in 2016 and after reviewing all sorts of legal documents including his Will, they transferred the account into my name and assured me it was paid in full. I cancelled this account more the one year ago. Now receiving coins again. I'm not sure how they think there collecting money from me.

Have tried calling them everyday this week five times was on the phone for 2 hours the first time never got picked up if email them twice have never gotten an answer do not deal with these

I purchased the Presidential $1 coin program and have waited years for them to ship the last coin. It never happened. I have written a letter. Spent hours listening to their music on hold only to be told it's my fault. They had sent the 5 missing coins and it is not their problem they didn't arrive. That's all great but how do I know the coins should have been delivered when they don't notify you when they ship. I should have known better and now you have been warned. DO no business with this company
