NEVER, NEVER USE THIS PAINTING COMPANY. They painted our 5 story condo and NEVER prepped it correctly. They did not pressure wash the building correctly. They just hosed it down.Literally days/weeks after they finished, the paint was coming off on all the hallway floors and balconies, They repainted 3 times an area and within days paint removed all 3 times. First the GC wont call back, he has management call. WE are a GC firm, they do not pay. They say they will on certain dates and do not. We are now placing a lien on a commercial property. They perform work knowing it is does not meet the proper codes. We are also filing with DPR.
