My sister, L., lives in this building, and I visit her very frequently. Over time, I expected to see the property, its facilities, and its services improve. Unfortunately, based on what I have personally observed during my visits, the opposite has happened. The building is very good on service and security. The manager, superintendent and front desk staff are very good.

WP was once a great building, but the new HOA has completely destroyed it. I lived here for 15 years—the first 9 were good, but the last 6 have been a nightmare. I give it minus 5 stars. The President thinks she owns the building and even gives out personal resident information to anyone who asks. If you complain about legitimate issues, they blackball you. They only hold virtual meetings and mute everyone so residents can't speak up. Thank God I sold my place before it hit rock bottom. If the current residents don't wake up... read more
