since i could not reply to the previous response, i deleted the previous review to rewrite. there is NO reason as to why a simple screen repair, cannot be done in front of the customer, I've spoken to multiple technicians and even Apple, and they've stated that there should be no reason as to why you could not simply do so, in front of the customer. you say there are multiple reasons as to why, but you havent elaborated on a single reason.
