Carlo the technician was very rude, he told me I could pick up the scripts myself, I asked when and where, he said "well you called World Pharmacy look it up". This is my first time using their service. I've been without scripts for 2 months due to "mistakes being made. However Vlade the pharmacist was able to clearly communicate that the driver messed up, returned the scripts and he will attempt another delivery next day, verified and updated info.

So many issues to tell them all but they left month of narcotic script hanging from my door i live next door to kids who could got it besides me having no meds if stolen but my dr accidentally sent script to them last week. I went cvs months ago. But they delivered my meds to nieghbor in her bag. Crazy. Incompetence. They are going to KILL someone one day dont let it be you

I have changed my review from 1 star to 4. A very nice gentleman took the issue seriously and quickly resolved it for me. He was very helpful. I cannot give 5 stars though because the woman I was working with did not care that they had my prescription for a week. She told me that they didn’t have it in stock but that was not true. She has always been rude to me and I have to wonder how many times she’s done that before. She told me to go to another pharmacy. I have had my prescription there and they are worst at everything. They lie about deliveries and meds out of stock. Manager is the worst
