The bell is a fascinating attraction and unique in many respects. The aesthetic design is taste-specific but the idea is a masterpiece. To access the bell I had to enter an office building and be escorted by an employee of a company unrelated to the bell.. I can’t imagine why this has not been designated as a park yet.
The bell is in storage indefinitely, but there was no sign to say that once we arrived! Passersby were kind enough to tell us.
It says it's open for the public and on the website said it was open. When i went there The door was closed, I knocked on the door and a lady came out telling me that I can't go up and cross the bridge to take pictures. I came all the way from California just to take picture up close. I even paid for parking on their parking lot. Not once anyone told us it was closed. The website needs to be clear that it's closed. Because it said it was open. The lady was not nice at all. Horrible experience.
There is no visitors center, there is a building but we didn't get any further information about anything. Still a nice bell.
