I came to leave a review and scanned through other reviews and saw the one I copied below. Could not have said it better. Will never use them again once I am done with this current loan. World Omni is the parent of Southeast Toyota Finance. Avoid this company entirely! Their website is archaic and customer service agents are useless. Get your loan through a credit union or bank instead. You will be glad you did.
all these comments are nothing compared to mine, I paid off my vehicle 5 years ago and they never released the title, now that i want to transfer the vehicle to my father i cant because they still have a hold on the title and cant get anyone to release it
Worst financial corp ever employees are useless they are connected with the southeast toyota.. dont do any contract with them they tell you a date to finish and they add more years to the contract i was supposed to have a 6 year contract ended in 7 years and almost finishing contract they wanted the car back because a missed payment they want the cars back after being 6 years with it just to put in auction.. i wanted to pay the amount but because of a missunderstanding of a customer service i had to pay the full amount of ca... read more
