Worst company ive ever had to deal with. I asked for 2 yrs straight for the difference in payment vs payoff. They wouldn't give me accurate info and if you have ever dealt with southeast toyota it's a headache from start of phone call. Always talking in circles, repetition, authentication never works, and they talk from prompted computer. Always have to ask to be transfered 2 or 3 times before anyone actually helps us. Out of the 6 years I have dealt with this company. I have only ever talked to one person who was helpful. If I could give 0 stars I would ! And now they have cheated me out of $350 !! This place has been nothing but a pain in my butt ! If you are through them now I recommend refinancing ANYWHERE else !
Terrible place. They will nickle and dime you for everything. They'll come after you 5 to 7 years later. I hope they eventually go bankrupt and out of business just out of how spiteful they are. No compassion for any customers.
