all these comments are nothing compared to mine, I paid off my vehicle 5 years ago and they never released the title, now that i want to transfer the vehicle to my father i cant because they still have a hold on the title and cant get anyone to release it

Worst company ive ever had to deal with. I asked for 2 yrs straight for the difference in payment vs payoff. They wouldn't give me accurate info and if you have ever dealt with southeast toyota it's a headache from start of phone call. Always talking in circles, repetition, authentication never works, and they talk from prompted computer. Always have to ask to be transfered 2 or 3 times before anyone actually helps us. Out of the 6 years I have dealt with this company. I have only ever talked to one person who was helpful. If I could give 0 stars I would ! And now they have cheated me out of $350 !! This place has been nothing but a pain in my butt ! If you are through them now I recommend refinancing ANYWHERE else !
