Out of the 6 years I have dealt with this company. I have only ever talked to one person who was helpful. If I could give 0 stars I would ! And now they have cheated me out of $350 !! This place has been nothing but a pain in my butt ! If you are through them now I recommend refinancing ANYWHERE else !
Terrible place. They will nickle and dime you for everything. They'll come after you 5 to 7 years later. I hope they eventually go bankrupt and out of business just out of how spiteful they are. No compassion for any customers.
World Omni is the parent of Southeast Toyota Finance. Avoid this company entirely! Their website is archaic and customer service agents are useless. Get your loan through a credit union or bank instead. You will be glad you did.
