I had a great experience at World of Women Physiotherapy. Lalitha helped me to take care of my pelvic floor during my pregnancy, to get ready for birth and to recover postpartum. 3 months later, I am almost back to my pre-natal pelvis floor strength! I definitely recommend her services.
I’m so glad I found World Of Women. I saw Lalitha throughout my first pregnancy and post partum and she was amazing. She really goes above and beyond for her clients and shows genuine care. She creates a fun and relaxed environment for her reformer classes making everyone feel welcome and never judged. I was comfortable with her since my first visit and I’ll be telling my friends to go and see her. Highly recommend
I can highly recommend Lalitha. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I am so pleased to have found her. She has helped with my pelvic floor and within a few months I have had surgery and now back with Lalitha to help with the correct excercises to maintain my pelvic floor.

I have been doing clinical Pilates classes with Lalitha for about 5 months. I genuinely enjoy the classes! They are challenging but Lalitha is conscious of how far to push each client based on their needs and capabilities. She is very supportive and encouraging and the class environment is relaxed and judgement-free. I can’t recommend WoW highly enough!
