I have used this company for door and window installation. Both times service was great. Installers were professional, on time, respectful of property and non-judgmental. Payment options were explained. My home looks great.
What a great company to work with from the original showroom visit through installation. Everyone we had contact with was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The window installation was on time and thorough. The windows are beautiful!
The windows went in very, very well, and fit perfectly because they were custom measured. They are excellent. I also had my back French doors and my storm door in front replaced as well. Those were excellently installed in spite of the fact that they were standard size and were not the same size as what my doors measured originally. But the installers did a great job, adjusting to the slight difference. Had a great experience with Window World. Installation crew was great. Would recommend this company if replacement windows are needed. Price reasonable, quality and appearance of windows great and install team top notch.
Fully enjoyed the entire process. No pressure, no upselling, no inconveniences. The installer walked through the entire house, window by window, and explained each step with what they were going to do it and how. After install made sure I understood the ins and outs of each window.
