They came when promised, did an excellent job with the install . The guys worked well together and was very professional. They cleaned everything when completed, even vacuumed all areas where they worked. We are very pleased with the windows and the service that was rendered.
The installers were there on time and they were a well organized group. It seem everybody had a job to do and each did there job very well. They did a great job installing my windows and cleaning up the mess when done.
Window World has been great to work with for years now. We split our house and did the 2nd floor a few years ago and just finished the 1st floor.
We had Window World of Charlotte out to replace 12 windows in our brick home. The original windows were builder grade, single hung units that were almost 20 years old. These windows were problematic in that they were not as energy efficient as we would like, you could feel a significant temperature change when walking by them.
