Disappointed by customer service Less than four years ago I purchased a 4' x 15' Anderson window from them that was $8515 installed. We noticed the windowsill on it was rotting so I called them back. By the way, this window was painted in the Anderson factory and we painted on top of their paint so it should have been well sealed. They said they would charge me $175 just to come out and look at the window. Very Happy Here A few years back we shopped replacement windows/doors throughout Pinellas Co for our 70's Rutenberg ranch home. We chose to deal with World of Windows where the staff was extremely helpful and professional. The estimates were carefully done then quoted with the best prices and higher quality product than most of the competitors. They wasted my time...... My husband and I went to their showroom and discussed options with a sales rep. He came to the house the next day to measure our windows and then disappeared. Never heard from him again. No quote, Nada. We've had real problems with contractors here in FL so we let it slide saying we didn't need another vendor to give us a headache. It was a 19 window job so perhaps not enough work to be worth their while.
Full service window showroom We recently replaced all of the windows in our home and are already seeing a significant energy savings. The sales rep at World of Windows advised us of the various types of windows, showed us numerous examples and took our needs seriously. The other two windows reps who visited our home carried only one brand and had much pushier selling approaches.
