I want to preface this as feedback to improve the business, because I want you guys to do better legitimately. There are several points of failure that happened in the chain of communication yesterday when my car was brought in to have the rear tyres replaced. Basically for anyone reading, what happened was my rear tyres were almost bald on one side, and the other side was on a spare as there was pretty much no tread of the normal rim.
