I spend about 15,000 about 7 years ago. I love my hot tub, but had a very negative experience lately with a service call. My hot tub was leaking. A technician came over and very quickly found a leak. I was so happy. I suggested we use a sponge to sop up the water in the frame to make sure it wasn't leaking any more. He said it wasn't necessary as the heat would dry it up.
