We purchased a hot tub through World of Spas Edmonton at a home & garden show a number of years ago. Everything with the purchase, delivery & set up was perfect. Fast forward to when you start needing maintenance. It took us over a year to get a replacement cover. I kept calling every so often and I would be on the “list” and then not found on the list.
