Amazing staff. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and happy to help with even the tiniest of issues.
Not impressed anymore, bought a Covana lid for my spa. It literally won’t lift in the winter, had several phone calls with service over the last 4 months . They blame covana, came out once, no change with the lid. Called back for the 10th time a month ago and they never got back to me. I think they washed their hands of this as they don’t know how to repair this issue with the lid lifting.
