Warning, not a happy customer here. It has been 1 year since I put my warranty claim in for this hot tub with the frame bending in the one corner with all the outer panels bent also. World of Spas $13,000 Glacier 7DL hot tub. "backed by the best warranties around" they say... One year still no one has even come out to look at it. I didn't even get any paperwork from World of Spas that says warranty on it. I'm demanding a new hot tub or my money back. It has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company.
