The day prior, I contacted them to verify the insurance details and was told that they had confirmed coverage. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the front desk staff notified me that incorrect information had been entered, resulting in an attempt to bill another child's insurance. My daughter was put in a restraint jacket without my permission and she was 4 at the time. They then chose to do a child root canal without consulting with me first. I was pregnant at the time so I wasn't allowed in the room which is understandable, the cleanings and everything went well.
