My wife had a watch battery replaced here, after she left it stopped working. She returned, battery was replaced,still not working. Would not issue a refund.

I got my husband's watch here but they don't have anyone who'll change batteries or repair at this location. You need to go to their Pineville location or just go at the lower level there is a booth that repairs your watch and changes your watch's battery. The person inside this store is friendly and nice. Let's support our local stores so they don't go out of business.
