Lily is the best and most agreeable person ever! She is courteous, professional, friendly and KNOWS everything about hearing aids and everything to do with them. Lily will help you, fix your problems and never make you feel bad about the fact that you didn’t know how to fix it yourself. She is a treasure! Always with a smile and never impatient. Thank you for your help Marifran. I’ve been to other places and you’ve been the best out of all the rest. I came for a checkup on my ears and she noticed I had been cleaning them the wrong way. I highly recommend as the Doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and welcoming. She went ahead and gave me suggestions on the do’s and don’ts. Last but not least, I can’t forget Lily who also was very assuring on helping me with this whole experience and made the whole process efficiently. Thank you both.
