Excellent service, top of the line in quality and professionalism. I can highly recommend this company for any garage door services needed. Sean did temporary repairs on my door the evening he came to give me the estimate. I was impressed by the above and beyond service then and remained so after the new door was installed.
Troy quickly found the trouble with my jammed garage door mechanism and helped avoid a future problem with my other door. Good work.
Garage door would only close 2/3 of the way and was crooked, could not be manually closed. Sean was great, quickly replacing all the parts needed and doing the needed maintenance to get the door to close all the way and noticeably quieter than before. He went above and beyond to get everything done quicklyand thoroughly. Thanks Sean!
Around 6:45 pm went to close our garage door & it ran for about a second or two then suddenly jerked & quit. Somehow the cables on both sides came off their pulleys & got wrapped & mangled around the drive shaft. I reached out to World of Doors & Sean came out within the hour. Besides replacing both cables, he found one of the rollers had got bent so we did a complete roller upgrade, laser checked the drive shaft for level & retention the springs.
