Booked our RV in for a bike rack to be fitted (model recommended by them quoted over a $1000, we purchased it for $980 from the same supplier) told if we drop it off before 8 AM we will be "First cab off the rank" as we live 2 hours away, we did the early start and arrived about 7:55 AM. Rang at 12 midday (4 hours after we had dropped it off) as we had not heard anything and was told it will be 5 pm before its ready. We recently purchased a Jayco Lark from Nowra Jayco. On picking it up we had a 3hr training on the ins and outs. We found Anthony absolutely amazing. He was so patient with us he explained every single part of our camper to us. We felt our questions were answers and we never felt uncomfortable to ask a silly one.
