5 stars doesn't do this review justice. WOB treats you like family the minute you walk in the door. After riding road for a few years, I have slowly been getting into MTB. I started out with a rental, then talked to the staff for a few weeks before ordering my new Salsa, and then picked up the shiny new bike and they got it all dialed in for me. Every step of the process was fantastic!
WOB doesn’t just sell and repair bikes. When you become a customer you feel welcomed into a fun and supportive biking community that they’ve helped to create and nurture. I’m fairly new to the sport and I’ve become much more invested in it and confident in what I’m doing because of the guidance and encouragement I know I can count on from the experts at WOB.
The people at World of Bikes are really what put them over the top. You can buy a bike anywhere but if you want to know you're getting great advice and incomparable service then you want WOB. I always feel comfortable going in and asking even the most ridiculous questions. They understand that not everyone is a pro and that you don't have to be to love riding a bike.
10 stars, if there were that many - good products, knowledgeable employees - and a company with HEART.
Awesome bike shop. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and ready to help as soon as you come into the shop. And it is fun riding with all your rad folks
Knowledgable, friendly, approachable staff, nice selection, fantastic service. Definitely does not give off that cliquish vibe that many bike shops do. In a town with a number of bike shops, I think World of Bikes is the tops--it's the only place I go for sales and service.
Love this shop! I have every assessor on my bike! All from World of Bikes - they are knowledgeable and great bike riders too!!
