This is what they did to my nails — rough, uneven, and damaged — and then left me sitting there without finishing the job. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it, the person acted with complete ego. What shocked me more was that the rest of the staff also showed the same attitude and refused to help. Absolutely Horrible!!!!! I Will NOT Be Back. They Are So Rude And Rushed Through Service And Did Not Care About Me I Was Just Another Paying Customer.
I have been here a few times and had good experiences but unfortunately this visit will be my last. I went for a shellac pedicure but after a few hours some of the polish started to chip and I found bubbles in the polish. The bubbles ended up popping and leaking white polish out. I went back the next morning immediately to get it fixed, however the polish was reapplied way too thick which I indicated and after leaving bubbles started to reappear. I’ve been a regular customer and usually have a great experience with their service. However, this time was disappointing. A new lady, wearing a white coat, attended to me. She was on a phone call during the service and ended up hurting me twice, which was very unprofessional. When I entered, I specifically asked her about the price, and she told me it would be $45.
