I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NO ONE Where Do I Start.... 1.The Room Was Dirty 2. There Was Roaches in the Room and the Bed was bad lumpy and uncomfortable and to top it off I have 2 service animals and they refused my service animals even after I told him they was service animals and he refused to let me book another night...I normally don't say anything when its bad service but these Hotels have to be STOPPED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA YOU CAN'T REFUSE A SERVICE ANIMAL. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
I am leaving this review because I came to this motel with my boyfriend, he had some business out here for 3 days so we wanted to stay out here. We walked in and it was super hot and smelled like tobacco. Once we got the air running we started seeing roaches! Everyday we stayed here we saw 2-3 roaches!! This place does not offer any kind of refund whatsoever so if I were you if you can splurge a bit more I would!!
This place like take people's money after no one stay into room cleaning products smell lots i can't bring my disabled uncle to room now manger refuse give me refund we never used roon yes i check in but never stay Due smell of products from room
Roaches and weirdos. Tooo many roaches in the room and none of the staff really cared at all and did nothing to help, actually they worsened the situation so i couldn't even be inside the room the entire time and they did not give a refund or show any remorse. Men standing around outside watching women that are alone. Maybe some other rooms are clean but it's not worth the gamble considering the lack of hospitality and standards.
