We had a very bad experience at this location today. I took my teenage daughter and four of her friends shopping at World Market. These are theater and choir kids; the most respectful, well-behaved teenagers imaginable. We made a loop of the store, and as we got near the checkout, an employee (an elderly gray-haired guy) snapped his fingers at us like he was summoning a waiter. Good store and staff. Usually very clean. The younger boss is rude and rude to employees. I have been shopping there for years. Be nice to your employees and customers!
