I also had appalling service. I went to return items with a 'gift receipt' and was told that I could "not return any item without the original receipt". As it happened I also had the original receipt but I queried the purpose of a gift receipt. The cashier said "look, I am not arguing with you," I said, "actually you are" to which she replied, "No, you are arguing with me."
