I went to buy dining chairs today. It's the store on Florence Expressway. I'm not sure if that Santa Clara or Cupertino. The customer service Andrew provided, went above and beyond my expectations. All the employees were very courteous.
I thought it was just me but other people of color seem to have the same experience from all the reviews. Yes, if you are a person of color the employees FOLLOW YOU AROUND THE STORE!! It's so crazy because half their products seem imported from India and they racially profile people from there??? The first time it happened I didn't even realise and was confused because I have NEVER had it happen in California of all places in over 10 years living here. fun to peruse unique items. clean restrooms great service Friday May 08 2026 04:44 p.m. stock last out relocated pens and mini book gifts close to dining furniture instead of right side when facing back of the store by grocery
Nice place but it took 30 minutes to bring us what we bought from the back which was annoying.
