We were trying to purchase 2 swivel chairs and experienced delays and order cancellation but once customer service put me in contact with Katie from the Stevens Creek store her professionalism and knowledge of the order process allowed us to come down that very day and pick up our chairs which we had been waiting almost two months for. She’s amazing and will keep us coming back back to this store.

I had a very positive experience at the store. I’d highly recommend this store for their great customer service! I had ordered online from the cost plus website (with a discount) to a different store that was far away. When they did not have all my orders, I tried calling this store which was closer, and asked if they would match the discounted online price & they said they would.
