Looks like a lot of people have had issues with customer service at this store and I am not the exception. Yes, the two blonde ladies here are incredibly unhelpful/rude. After a long day of searching for an accent chair at various stores like Arhaus, Pottery Barn, and Ashley's, we gave up as we had no luck of finding the right one and one we could take home today. We ended up wanting to shop for some snacks at the World Market. Our experience took a delightful turn when we were assisted by Maria, an amazing employee who was knowledgeable and welcoming. On Feb. 13th I called and Leslie helped me out. I was looking for a specific gift. Leslie customer service was above and beyond. She took the time to go check. She was kind helpful and very informative on other stores carrying the item I was looking for. Leslie, thank you for your customer service we need more employees like you.
