I have never experienced customer service as unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to do their jobs as I have with World Market. I was trying to purchase ONE specific bag. I saw it in store, returned the next day, and it was gone. Online, the item is sold out yet multiple other stores still have it in stock. I am more than willing to pay full price and shipping.
