I visited this World Market location today and my daughter found an Easter egg hunt promo and the employee with gingery blonde hair made it seem like we found the card in a dishonest way. The employee immediately asked where we found it and she made it seem as if we had lied about where we found it and then made us feel super uncomfortable about it because she didn’t believe us, when it was clearly dated at today’s date. I have never experienced customer service as unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to do their jobs as I have with World Market. I was trying to purchase ONE specific bag. I saw it in store, returned the next day, and it was gone. Online, the item is sold out yet multiple other stores still have it in stock. I am more than willing to pay full price and shipping.
