This place actually cares and takes care of their customers. I had been trying to get recalls done on my 2013 kia optima for literally over a year at other places, finally decided to try world kia. Ahkeem made sure the recall they could get done now was completed and ordered the part for the other safety recall and advised it would be there Tuesday of the following week. Akeem M is always so kind a caring when o bring my car in for service. I have always enjoyed my time spent there when Akeem is the person to help me. Quick service and they wash my car... The waiting room could use an update. Lol
I went in for an oil change. But also found out from Tyler Simon that my tire was over inflated by 4 times!!! I had just came from Memphis. He saved me. Akeem gave me a tire gauge which I never had one and didn’t ever know how to use it. These two were great. Akeem as usual he always gets me right. And Tyler gave me a discount on my oil change. Thanks Guys I appreciate you!!!
