very bad service
Had the pleasure of working with TJ again. Always hassle free and easy. I will come back to him again and again
I just leased a car for the first time yesterday at World CDJR, and Anthony Perrotta was absolutely wonderful helping my husband and I through the whole process. It was all very new to me, and he was so patient with us to help pick the right car and get everything else squared away to complete the deal. This is the worst place to service your car. My car which is brand new with only 5,000 miles out of no where the steering wheel stopped moving and check engine light came on. When calling them for service they tell me that their service appointment will be in 3 weeks. Which means I would have to stay without a car for almost a month. I’ve dealt with this dealership in the past for service and purchases. I’ve bought two Dodge Durango SRTs a jeep wrangler and my brother-in-law purchased a Ram from this dealership. I am so tired of the deceitful trickery dealerships play and especially Workd Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram on my last purchase of my 2023 SRT Durango. I was told the interest rate would be 8% through a different bank than the bank that took my loan. I didn’t know that It could go up 1% from what they said.
