Customer service was terrible when trying to add a teenager and vehicle to my policy. The agent would not and could not give me an actual annual quote. Countless emails and phone calls, still could not resolve. Finally the agent sent me a screen shot of my policy which showed an annual amount that was thousands of dollars more than what they told me. Had to cancel at that point.
Would recommend dealt w/ Elizabeth super easy going and friendly
I was with them for 10 years without any issue. The old crew retired and new person Wendy is awful , unprofessional with passive agrassive attitude. Every time we spoke to her she was extremely combative. Avoid at all cost
