Extremely rude service. Not only did they drop the ball on several things I asked for last year they are rude on top of that. Every time I have to call Allison it's the same rude manor of speaking, she really shouldn't be in this line of business. Time to change insurance broker. What a waste of my time.
Worst company ever. Michelle Santana from the house insurance and Valeska Maria never return calls. Never willing to help in good faith. I am stuck with this two persons and Citizens as provider insurance. They have 0 customer service skills and make hundreds of calls before receiving an answer. Manager at this office is never there for customers always too busy to talk to a customer. Very bad company.
