This place is a joke. We canceled our workers comp policy through Jessica; she didn't file the paperwork in a timely manner so we were charged for the renewing policy. Now, we can't get our money back after almost 2 months and when she does respond to emails (which is infrequent at best), we get a different story every time. Stay away from this agency. We've never dealt with such incompetency.
Adviser Susan Chiampi defines what excellent customer service is all about. A seasoned professional, she is knowledgeable, responsive and a skilled problem solver. Having worked previously for a smaller. family owned agency she understands the value of explaining insurance options and solutions clearly and thoroughly, especially for older clients like myself.
