Started with the company when it was still known as Stoudt's, with many changes through the years I think this last year (2025) was the worst year this company has had with actually working for the customer and searching / working to get good rates for said customer. It took many attempts to get ahold of our agent Bobbi (Roberta Brown) through phone calls & emails as reception said she was always "busy" or in staff meetings, she would take weeks to reply to any emails sent.
