I'm a powerlifter and Ariel has really helped me in correcting some muscle imbalances, working out some kinks and improving my mobility.
I have an aversion to being touched by strangers so massages were always out of the question. Until now. Ariel was extremely welcoming and put me at ease before my first appointment. She explained everything she was doing and I’m so very thankful that my first massage was with her. Great experience and great conversation. Highly recommend her and will definitely be returning.
