Exelent Machanics very fair and honest I have known tham for decades
It just doesn’t get any better if you want a honest, reliable professional mechanic to handle your Bmw needs from A-to-Z. I have been a long faithful customer for over 25 years now that would include five BMWs, one Mercedes-Benz, and I am still a customer as of this day. Eric takes his time to explain to you if I fix this particular item what could happen to this particular item in 4 to 5 months. You don’t find honest mechanics like this anymore.
Mr. Johnson took almost half an hour of his time to determine the issue with my car. After a drive around the block he suggested that he could check the car further but he also said that it wasn't necessary (very transparently). He was friendly and funny during the whole conversation. I even learned a couple of things, lol. Truly a wonderful experience. He won me over as a long-term customer. Nothing but 5 Stars!
I didn’t have any work done as they aren’t able to service Volvos anymore so this rating is strictly on customer service as the person who answered the phone was very helpful and straight to the point. Even though they weren’t able to help with fixing my car he didn’t rush me off the phone and was able to explain why they weren’t able to fix my car.
