Mr. Johnson took almost half an hour of his time to determine the issue with my car. After a drive around the block he suggested that he could check the car further but he also said that it wasn't necessary (very transparently). He was friendly and funny during the whole conversation. I even learned a couple of things, lol. Truly a wonderful experience. He won me over as a long-term customer. Nothing but 5 Stars!
I didn’t have any work done as they aren’t able to service Volvos anymore so this rating is strictly on customer service as the person who answered the phone was very helpful and straight to the point. Even though they weren’t able to help with fixing my car he didn’t rush me off the phone and was able to explain why they weren’t able to fix my car.

This man fixed a car that wouldn’t go over 60 mph he was a bit rude when explaining that my car needed work but he was honest (the only part that saved him in this review is his beautiful wife). and that hurts people at times if they don’t got the money. Ill be back soon for repairs Boss all the repairs we spoke about don’t count me out I don’t care how much it costs this car is mine.
