24/7 is such a great idea
The gym is clean and the staff are friendly. They have personal training available and a basic supply of protein powders, creatine powders and pre-workouts at a discount for members. The sauna is clean and hot, and there is a separate area just for women. Both locations have plenty of machines and free-weights and there are not too many obnoxious weight droppers like in other gyms.
Great gym, good mix of machines and free weights, but the sauna is a little sad, doesn’t really work, you’re wait 30+ minutes for it to heat up a little and you’re left there sad and slight warm
I'm taking sessions from Nevada, Personal Fitness Trainer. I'm learning so much from her about how to safely build both strength and endurance. The program she set up for me has off-season training for nordic skiing in mind.
Highly recommend this gym. Staff very friendly. Manager, Theresa is very accommodating with our schedule. Variety of equipment and a ladies's only section allowing both of us to maximize our visits.
