Your gym is an absolute disaster, and I give it 1 star—if negative stars were possible, I’d choose that. This is by far the worst gym I’ve ever experienced, and I’m furious about how I was treated. The staff are incredibly rude, acting like members are a burden. Managers, like Jasmine and others, are completely useless, refusing to help or listen to complaints.
