Great receptionist at the front, Bjorn,. Definitely knows what he’s talking about the supps. The gym is Amazing due to the new upgrades and can’t wait to see final results. Definitely recommend this gym
recently just joined this gym with my friend and it’s great. so many machines and the staff are lovely. they just did renovations too with look good :))
This gym is absolutely insane, the upgrade are unreal, so much space, mirrors everywhere. Lighting on point and to mention the posing room makes you feel like an athlete of your own. Shout out Bjorn awesome energy very knowledgeable about supps
Whoever decided to have a HIIT class running during peak hour in the main area of the gym should be fired. The gym is already busy enough at 5:30 and now you throw in a HIIT class that takes up 10+ areas? Either put them in a room away from the main area or don't run classes during peak times.
This gym is reasonably equipped with everything you need for a solid workout, staff are friendly, but the culture amongst the local members is poor at best. More members use equipment without towels than with, always spot used wet wipes on the floor around equipment, and apparently taking a shower before coming here a stinking out the joint is not required. I feel like the staff should enforce standards a little better, considering we’re all here to improve ourselves.
