Really nice place with friendly staff and members. Encouraging and inspiring every one of them.
Great facilities and machines. Good variety and plenty of equipment to go around. Just thought it was a bit awkward hearing a worker say “if you’re broke, just say so,” about us while we were still within earshot.
Think twice before start on this gym. Emails, calls, go to the gym, scan QR, ask for a cancellation on the web and you will still have to spend one more month paying until they stop charging you. CRAZY
The facilities are great and they have a variety of machines that cover multiple muscle groups, even different machines for the same muscle. They also have multiple of the popular machines so you’re never really waiting for long, if not at all. The staff are always smiling and when they talk to you, have a genuine interest in where you’re at with your fitness journey or whether you’ve liked the supplements they helped you purchase. Decided to try out Mt Gravatt instead of going to my usual underwood gym, and the service was appalling, the girl at the front counter was so incredibly rude as we were trying to use a travel pass and didn’t realise we had to be outside of the 50km range. We would be completely understanding had she told us nicely but she gave us attitude the second she opened her mouth. I am disgusted with how rude and uninviting she was. I will be sticking to underwood world gym with the lovely inviting staff that have.
