Cars have recently been stolen from the gym car park because staff let unregistered people into the gym and car keys were stolen. There has been no accountability from the gym, just remarks that gym goers should secure their belongings better. It’s incredibly concerning that there are no security precautions in place and the gym have not been in contact with members to say what they will do to avoid this happening again. 3 cars keys were stolen from the lockers that led to car thefts the other day at this gym due to staff letting criminals in to use the bathroom. Victims are at huge loss and owners and managers are not taking responsibility for their own mistakes. The gym has failed to perform their duty of care and run away from the situation. Unless if you want to get your staff stolen, don’t bother going to this gym. The staff are also the rudest people that I’ve ever known. The gym stinks.

My home Gym between FIFO swings, and the Staff here consistently make it worth coming back to. Caila helped me pick out a protein bar recently and turned what could've been a quick transaction into a genuinely fun experience. She made it into a little game, paid attention to what I actually needed, and had me laughing the whole time. It's rare to find someone who brings that kind of energy and care to their work. Great facility, solid equipment, and staff who actually give a damn. Highly recommend
