I have had an ongoing issue with my passport membership which one gym could fix. Went to Mount Gravatt world gym and Kate fixed the issue within and hour excellent customer service.
I visited World Gym for the day while in town and was really impressed with the overall experience. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference in how comfortable I felt working out there. Everything from the workout areas to the equipment itself was tidy and organized — clearly, the staff take pride in keeping the place in top shape.
