The standard of service has declined noticeably since the changes at this gym. As a member of 6 years, it’s disappointing to see how much the service has changed. The new female staff member at reception seemed poorly trained. She didn’t know how to print my InBody results, yet charged me $30 and told me no printout was available. I walked away feeling like I had paid $30 just to weigh myself. In my six years as a member, I have never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing service.
Gorgeous Jazz, Thank you for the consistency in your customer service as always. I truly believe in acknowledging consistent, exceptional service in all industries. Jazz, I can genuinely see that you love your job because it reflects in your demeanour. You are indeed an asset to Worlds Macgregor, and your warmth and professionalism certainly don’t go unnoticed.... read more
