Worst gym to ever sign up too, unless u want to be paying for life... It's is incredibly hard to cancel membership they make you jump through loops, and still keep taking money... It's basically a scam

I want to make a complaint, how hard is it for a cancellation form to be emailed. Sign on no probs....still waiting for my email after 2 calls, I've been a member for over 3 years never missed a payment, until my bank had a hiccup with their direct debit system, still I have to pay, 3 weeks later. So much for 30 days notice, just keep pushing it out to get peoples money. This is low. No staff around to make sure people do the right thing. Just leave your sweat for another person to clean. Despite cancelling my membership you continue to withdraw money from my account well past the 4 week notice period. Called and pretended to lose my papwork. Dodgy! Stay clear. Much nicer and cleaner gyms around.
