It all started in the '70s at Muscle Beach in Venice, where celebrity sightings were commonplace and serious bodybuilders were putting in serious work. Chris is one beautiful man he truly helps me when I’m in dire need. For example, I was struggling with my deadlift of 495lbs or 225 kgs and Chris came over and showed me how to do perfect form on deadlift and he even clean and jerked it because of how manly he is. Truly a great worker and I will forever be in his debt.
Got a day pass here and definitely enjoyed the gym. All the equipment are close with a good amount of space making it great to get a good workout in, in less time. Thank you!
